This year again, JSS is excited to host our ✨ Summer Camp ✨!Our first session will be held for children attending international schools, from June 23 (Mon) to June 27 (Fri).

We are also planning another camp in August, and will share the details once everything is finalized.

Everyone has their own movement habits.But to run faster and move more powerfully, you may need to change how your body moves.This summer, let’s work together with the coaching team to get one step closer to becoming the best version of yourself‼️🤖

In our annual intensive camp, more than half of the participants are beginners!That’s why we start from the basics and guide each child with care—so anyone can feel comfortable joining us.

10:00–11:00Rhythm Training

Improve body coordination by moving in rhythm! This session builds the foundation for speed using full-body rhythm exercises.

11:00–12:00Speed Training

Develop explosive power and aim to become your fastest self! Enhance reaction time and sprinting ability through specialized drills.

12:00Lunch Time

Recharge with a delicious lunch box and get ready for the afternoon session.

13:00–14:00Multi-Sport Activities

Improve overall athleticism through games like dodgeball, obstacle tag, touch rugby, and kick baseball! These activities also build teamwork and strategic thinking.
