【Day 1｜Saturday, December 27】

Theme: Master Reaction × Decision-Making × Speed!

Fundamental Agility Training

Warm-up + reaction drills, change of direction, and balance.Building the foundation for explosive first-step speed and sharp movement.

▶︎ 11:00–12:00

Intermediate Agility Training

Developing “speed × accuracy” through more advanced movement patterns.

▶︎ 13:00–14:00

Touch Rugby Battle 🏉

A team game that boosts agility, decision-making, passing skills, and cooperation.

Theme: Build Core Strength × Endurance × Team Power!

Developing a body that “doesn’t get pushed around.”Core work, jumping, and pushing exercises for stability and power.

Dodgeball Power Battle 🔥

Throw, dodge, aim — improving reaction and movement speed through play.

Team Tug-of-War Challenge 💥

A high-energy team competition that builds cooperation and a strong sense of achievement.

• Dismissal: 14:00 at NOAH @ BKK

• Up to 5 days before the event: Free cancellation

• 4 days before the event – Event day: No refund (no make-up participation)

• Transportation cancellation: Same conditions apply

• If the minimum of 10 participants is not met: Full refund will be issued

We take every precaution to maintain a safe environment.　

In case of injury or sudden illness, we will provide first aid, but medical expenses will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, or medications, please make sure to include them in the form.

Photos and videos of the activities may be taken and used for:

• Sharing with parents (video reports)

• JSS promotional purposes (SNS, website, etc.)
