After spring break, you’ll notice a real change in how your child moves.The JSS Spring Camp is a focused 5-day program designed to quickly improve running form and overall movement skills.

🟣 What Is Mobility Stretching?
Mobility stretching is preparation for movement, done before exercise.
Rather than moving the body suddenly, it helps prepare the joints to move correctly and smoothly, leading to better performance and reduced risk of injury.
Unlike static stretching, mobility stretching focuses on preparing the body through movement.
What We Do in Mobility Stretching
Move joints through a full, correct range of motion
Prepare the body to maintain good posture
Get the body ready for the next movement

Rhythm training helps children develop the foundation needed to run faster.
Regardless of whether a child is good at running or not, the most important first step is learning how to control their own body.

Cancellation
Up to 5 days before the camp starts: Free cancellation※ Early Bird registrations are not eligible
4 days before to the event day: No refund
Early Bird registrations: Non-refundable for any reason after registration
Transportation cancellations follow the same policy
If the minimum number of participants (10) is not met: Full refund
Absence & Make-up Classes
(For 5-day participants only)
If a child is absent due to unavoidable reasons, make-up participation is possible only if there is availability
For make-up days, lunch and transportation fees will be charged separately
