the training menu for June

Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you about the training menu for June. This month, we will focus on the following aspects:

  1. Conditioning (Back)

  • We will work on using the back effectively to improve posture.

  1. Arm Swings

  • We aim to improve the way the children swing their arms for more effective movements.

  1. Step Work

  • Using hurdles of different heights, we will train the ability to quickly adapt movements. 💡 Adaptability: This is the ability to quickly change movements according to the situation or changes in the situation.

  1. Cross Step and Back Step

  • We will combine cross steps and back steps, focusing on balance. Being able to execute a quick back step allows the child to move away from an opponent while keeping an eye on them. This is an essential movement in sports. 👌

  1. Turning at Top Speed

  • We will enhance the skills necessary to evade opponents effectively. Being able to turn quickly and shake off opponents will give an advantage in various sports scenarios and matches.

As many children struggle with upper body movements, we will emphasize the use of the back and aim to improve arm swings.
